Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant real estate knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and a proven ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess, or be eligible to obtain, a Real Estate License in accordance with local regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for maintaining records and preparing documentation.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements concurrently.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or related fields is highly beneficial; intermediate education or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in and referred clients, explain project details, inventory, and investment options.
• Support clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing.
