You will handle accurate data entry for student and school records, work with CRMs, verify and organize digital files, and assist with basic reports while maintaining confidentiality.

This position requires strong typing, Excel/CRM proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure during busy periods; on-site only.

Qualifications

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Comfortable using MS Excel, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks carefully without mistakes.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Good communication skills for internal coordination.
• Prior experience in data entry, education, banking, operations, or customer support is a plus.
• Strictly on-site role; no remote or hybrid option.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of student, school, and registration records
• Work with CRMs and internal data systems
• Verify, organize, and maintain structured digital records
• Prepare basic internal reports and data summaries
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Support the team during high workload periods
• Check records, labels, and student details carefully before packing
• Accurately pack competition materials, documents, or packages
• Organize cartons, envelopes, and dispatch materials
• Prepare packages for courier dispatch and maintain dispatch records
