Job summary

Pakistan Tobacco Company in Lahore is seeking an NPI Manager to drive end-to-end new product introductions and cross-functional project delivery. You will manage complex programs, coordinate with Packaging, Quality and Factory teams, and ensure timely execution and compliance with internal controls.

Based in Lahore, you will oversee planning, readiness reporting, and collaboration with PDT and regional partners to deliver successful product launches and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of operational delivery experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid grasp of PLM and NPI processes.
• Operations experience in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NPI projects on time and in full with minimal supervision.
• Provide regular updates and readiness status to align teams.
• Lead end-to-end NPI deployment with clear progress visibility.
• Support decision-making with status, risks and costs communicated clearly.
• Apply Z2 planning to minimize WMS write-offs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Packaging, Quality, Factory, SCIP, PDT for success.
• Ensure compliance with GBS, data privacy, security and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement with Process Owners and Delivery Excellence.
