Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end PLM and NPI processes.
• 4+ years of operational delivery experience (end markets or shared service center preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Operations experience (manufacturing or supply chain) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
• Solid grasp of supply chain principles, core processes, and systems.
• Flexible, independent, and proactive with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined in documentation, and able to deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all NPI projects On-Time and In-Full (OTIF).
• Provide regular NPI updates, reports, and readiness status to ensure team alignment.
• Lead end-to-end NPI deployment, develop and monitor project plans, and ensure visibility to PDT.
• Communicate project status, risks, and costs to Commercial and brand partners.
• Apply tools such as Z2 planning to minimise WMS write-offs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Maintain compliance with GBS frameworks, data privacy, security, and internal control requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with Process Owners and Delivery Excellence teams.
