DCC Consultants in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a patient coordination specialist to manage weekly outreach for Home Haemodialysis patients and schedule patient care technicians. You will liaise with nurses, handle inventory planning, and support management on special projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in healthcare administration or related field, at least 3 years of scheduling experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in patient coordination or healthcare scheduling.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to all Home Haemodialysis patients weekly.
• Schedule patient care technicians.
• Contact patients for scheduling and inventory needs.
• Participate in individual and group projects as directed by management.
• Responsible for patient care surveys.
• May be assigned special projects as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for patient supplies and placing orders.
• Direct all medical questions to nurses via email.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
