The position is onsite in Gulberg III, Lahore, with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday, weekends off.

Qualifications

• Experience with eligibility verification or benefits verification preferred.
• Freshers trained; structured onboarding provided.
• Growth path into senior AR, QA and team lead roles is outlined.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to visit.
• Confirm coverage, copays and deductibles with patients and payers.
• Prevent denials with accurate upfront checks.
• Update patient and payer records in the system.
