Job summary
TEKBOOX in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks an IT Support Executive for onsite night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM), five days a week. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Network Administration, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of progressive professional hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, or IT infrastructure management.
- Strong operational knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Experience configuring pfSense firewalls, Cisco switches, and Active Directory.
Responsibilities
- Provide level-1 and level-2 technical support for Windows client OS, hardware, software, and IT peripherals.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN routing, and wireless access points.
- Manage pfSense firewalls, Cisco switches, structured cabling, and core networking hardware.
