Job summary

Murkez Technologies in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Finance Team Lead to supervise a dedicated group of Finance Analysts. You will mentor, conduct regular reviews, manage workload, and onboard new staff, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery of financial reporting.

You will oversee transaction processing, reconciliation, auditing, and compliance, coordinate with US-based stakeholders, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• ACCA/CA certification is preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of finance/accounting experience, incl. 1 year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and manage day-to-day performance of Finance Analysts.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Handle scheduling, attendance, and escalations.
• Onboard and train new Finance Analysts on processes and quality standards.
• Liaise with US-based stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with standards.
