Qualifications

• 1–2 years of practical cold email outreach or B2B lead generation experience.
• Strong written English for US business audiences.
• Experience managing outreach campaigns from prospect research through follow-up and meeting booking.
• Familiar with outreach tools like Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of email verification, deliverability, segmentation, and campaign testing.
• Ability to recognize potential website and digital marketing needs.
• CRM, Google Sheets, and Excel proficiency for organizing and reporting.
• Willingness to work on-site during a night shift aligned with US business hours.
