Job summary

Pintern in Nazimabad, Karachi is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Executive for a full‑time, on‑site night shift (Mon–Sat) to support bid management on Upwork and accurate data handling. You will create and submit bids, search for matching projects, maintain bid records in spreadsheets and CRM, customize templates, and track responses and conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good typing speed and ability to work efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Word.
• Basic understanding of Upwork bidding; training provided.
• Excellent written English and time management.

Responsibilities

• Create and submit bids on Upwork according to established strategies and guidelines.
• Search for, analyze, and identify projects that align with the company’s services.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate bid records using spreadsheets and CRM systems.
• Customize proposal templates to meet specific client requirements.
• Track the progress of submitted bids, including responses, interviews, and conversions.
• Maintain organized records of client communications and project details while ensuring the confidentiality of company and client information.
• Provide support to sales and operations teams through reporting and administrative tasks.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly bidding targets within set deadlines.
