Competenze

• Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales or Marketing.
• 0-1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of B2B development and sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and present services effectively.

Mansioni

• Identify and analyze target markets to create new business opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of company services to promote offerings to clients.
• Conduct daily field visits, meeting multiple prospective clients.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis.
• Coordinate vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Execute telemarketing and email campaigns to generate leads.
• Manage BD databases, client lists, and marketing records.
• Support research and development for new markets and services.
• Monitor tenders and EOIs relevant to company services.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports using Word/PowerPoint.
• Perform tasks assigned by Group General Manager Marketing.
