F&M (Pvt.) limited is hiring for Fresh Graduate for Sales / Business Development in Karachi, Pakistan.

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales / Business Development professional to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales or Marketing and possess up to one year of relevant experience. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B business development and sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client engagement, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze target markets to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of company services to effectively present and promote offerings to prospective clients.
• Conduct daily field visits, meeting at least three prospective clients per day within the target market.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis, industry trends, and client requirements.
• Coordinate vendor registration and prequalification processes with targeted organizations, clients, and government or private entities.
• Execute telemarketing and email marketing campaigns to generate leads and sustain client engagement.
• Manage and update business development databases, client lists, and marketing records.
• Support research and development efforts related to new markets, services, and strategic growth.
• Monitor tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), and business opportunities relevant to company services.
• Prepare and manage presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Group General Manager Marketing.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (Sales or Marketing).
• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of B2B business development and sales organizations.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed business development goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting technical services or products.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and convincing abilities to convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage data efficiently.
• Market research and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

Preference will be given to candidates from reputed institutions such as LUMS, IBA, NUST, NED, GIKI, and IOBM. Knowledge or experience in dealing with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients will be considered an added advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 125,000.
