Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant IT support, system administration, or network administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, VMware ESXi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
Familiarity with backups, SAN/DAS storage, disaster recovery, SQL Server backups, and endpoint security.
CCNA and MCSA/MCSE or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Manage VMware ESXi hosts and virtual machines.
Maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD synchronisation, and Exchange 2019.
Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VoIP systems.
Monitor server, network, firewall, storage, and backup health.
Perform backups, restore testing, patching, and disaster recovery support.
Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and joiner/leaver processes.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals.
Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and service desk tickets.
