Job summary

Arwentech is seeking a Network Engineer ITSM/EITM to support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and IT service management tools across Pakistan. You will manage ITSM/NMS cases, contribute to network design, and collaborate with teams to ensure secure, efficient network operations and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, SNMP, ICMP, and ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in System Administration, NMS and ITSM tools.
Hands-on exposure to real-world IT systems and technologies.
Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in deployments across Pakistan.
Open and handle ITSM/NMS cases.
Work with enterprise architecture to implement NMS tools like SolarWinds, ManageEngine, HaloITSM, and Quest installation.
Design, integrate, optimize, and migrate networks.
Provide engineering support for troubleshooting.
Collaborate with team to resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Understand issues in administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure (network, Internet, email).
Meet deadlines and deployment timelines.
