The Bank is hiring for the following position in its Aitemaad Islamic Banking division.

Position: Relationship Manager (OG-II)
Reports to: Branch Manager
Places of Posting: Faisalabad, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Tulamba

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC Pakistan
• Commerce graduates or those with an Islamic Banking qualification/degree/diploma will be preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of banking experience, including at least 6 months in sales

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for account opening, deposit generation and retention, deposit deepening, and consumer financing (mortgage/auto financing)
• Manage “tail” accounts by activating dormant accounts, the digital app, and ATM usage
• Cross-sell/upsell to existing customers
• Plan and execute daily customer visits (new and existing)
• Participate in mass customer contact drives and market storming activities
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and competitive analysis for effective sales pitches
• Resolve customer queries efficiently
• Complete all regulatory/mandatory requirements for account opening and product sales
• Address audit observations (internal and external)
• Maintain accurate files and documentation
• Ensure all processes are completed within the specified TAT
• Comply with banking laws, regulations, and Shariah requirements

Employment Terms

• Contractual basis for 3 years, renewable at Management’s discretion
• Compensation and benefits as per Bank policy
