Job summary

UNDP Pakistan's Rule of Law Programme seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Analyst to lead M&E, data management and evidence-based reporting, reporting to the Team Lead – Programme Specialist. The role focuses on strengthening results frameworks, ensuring data quality and supporting donor reporting across the programme.

The incumbent will develop KPI plans, manage data sources, and coordinate evaluations, with a strong emphasis on gender equality and inclusive programming.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, International Development or Management Science is required.
• Alternative: a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead Monitoring, Evaluation and Results measurement for the Rule of Law Programme.
• Develop and maintain data-quality assurance mechanisms and monitoring frameworks.
• Coordinate evaluations, assessments, surveys and research for programme learning and accountability.
• Provide technical guidance on results-based management and data-management practices.
