Job summary

World Food Programme (WFP) seeks a Monitoring Assistant in Buner, KP, Pakistan, to perform monitoring activities and support project oversight under the guidance of technical staff. The role involves tracking activities, validating beneficiary targeting, and compiling performance information for periodic reports.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed; a first-level university degree is advantageous.
• Four years of monitoring & evaluation experience with field work.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; Pashto knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track project activities using activity tracking matrix to ensure alignment with agreements and partners.
• Compile information against milestones and share performance against targets.
• Verify targeting and oversee beneficiary registration and cash disbursement to ensure dignified delivery of entitlements.
• Perform monitoring of activities, trainings, and assess benefits of interventions.
• Prepare and share field mission reports documenting programme implementation.
