Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns for nonprofits.
• Strong written communication and content development skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
• Ability to develop clear messaging and maintain brand voice across materials.
• Proficiency with office and presentation tools; familiarity with design/ CMS is a plus.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret engagement data and prepare concise reports for improvements.
• Collaborative approach with interest in communicating social impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns to build awareness of the foundation and initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate content for digital channels, print materials, and outreach activities.
• Maintain a consistent organizational voice and ensure communications are accurate for target audiences.
• Work with internal teams to gather program updates, stories, and materials for public communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and audience engagement, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate marketing schedules, budgets, vendors, and campaign deliverables as required.
• Identify opportunities to expand community engagement and strengthen supporter relationships.
