• Strong functional expertise in Retail Operations & Commerce, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, and Demand Planning.

• Design end-to-end functional solutions for Retail and Supply Chain operations.

• Lead fit-gap analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Support data migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as trusted advisor with functional expertise and strategic guidance.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business adoption.

About the role

Lumovy is seeking a seasoned Senior Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and a strong background in Retail and/or Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into scalable solutions, advising stakeholders on industry best practices, and leading successful ERP implementations.

This position requires a blend of functional expertise, business acumen, and consulting experience to deliver value-driven solutions across complex business environments.

Essential Functions

• Lead business discovery sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering activities with stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend best-practice solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions for Retail and Supply Chain business operations.
• Configure and validate Dynamics 365 modules in accordance with business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, solution design documents, and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, architects, and developers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization and business transformation.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing functional expertise and strategic guidance.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful business adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementations within Retail and/or Supply Chain environments.
• Strong functional expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Retail Operations & Commerce
• Procurement & Sourcing
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Management
• Logistics & Transportation
• Demand Planning & Replenishment
• Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, business process mapping, and solution design sessions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce, Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure integrations will be an added advantage.
