Job summary

Taraki is seeking a Meta Ads Specialist to lead and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram from its Lahore office. The role focuses on revenue-driven strategies, with emphasis on UK and US markets, and hands-on development of conversion campaigns.

You will work with creative teams on hooks and variations, implement Meta Pixel and CAPI, and continuously test and refine campaigns to improve ROAS and profitability. In-person work location in Lahore is required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, preferably at mid-level.
• Strong experience with UK and US advertising campaigns.
• Experience managing Sales/Conversion campaigns.
• Proficient in Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of Meta's Andromeda/AI-driven ad delivery.
• E-commerce or lead-generation campaign experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making based on performance metrics.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and performance targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and own results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Target UK and US audiences.
• Develop and optimize sales/conversion campaigns for revenue, CPA, and ROAS.
• Test audience, creative, placements, and campaigns.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue.
• Scale campaigns while preserving profitability.
• Analyze performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative teams on hooks, angles, UGC, and variations.
• Apply Meta's AI-driven delivery and Andromeda strategies.
• Ensure accurate Meta Pixel, CAPI, and conversion events implementation.
• Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies across platforms.
• Monitor attribution and funnel performance from click to purchase.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform changes and best practices.
