Responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers, clients, and internal teams for order development and execution.
• Review buyer requirements, tech packs, samples, trims, fabrics, pricing, and production timelines.
• Communicate buyer comments and requirements to Sampling, Pattern, Production, and Quality departments.
• Support client relationship management through professional communication and timely updates.
• Follow up on sampling, approvals, production status, quality updates, and shipment deadlines.
• Coordinate with sourcing and production teams for material availability and production planning.
• Assist in preparing costing sheets, quotations, order details, and commercial documentation.
