Job summary

UrbanLogic in Khanpur is seeking a motivated Female Merchandiser to join our team on a contract basis with potential for long-term employment. You will plan and coordinate buying and selling of products to maximize sales across our retail stores.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing and at least 2 years of retail merchandising experience, with strong Excel skills and a proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in retail.
• Strong merchandising principles: assortment planning, inventory management, pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with buyers to develop seasonal product plans and assortments.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and inform purchasing decisions.
• Source new products from suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend restocking or discontinuation of products.
• Work with store managers to ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and promotions are executed accurately.

Salary The salary for this position is $1000 per month

Location This role is based in Khanpur Preference will be given to candidates who reside within close proximity to our retail stores
