About the Role

Green Tourism Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated MEP / Shift Engineer to oversee hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to ensure smooth and safe hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate hotel MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and electrical.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Respond promptly to guest service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, back‑of‑house areas, and critical systems.
• Supervise technicians and assign tasks for smooth shift operations.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, daily reports, and handover documentation.
• Support emergency procedures such as fire alarms, lift entrapments, and power failures.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards, regulations, and energy conservation practices.
• Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to resolve maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel/facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire safety.
• Guest‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently during shifts.
