Job summary

Parkview Design & Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Technologist to support commercial engineering projects. You will develop and coordinate MEP layouts, review drawings, and ensure coordination between HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit is required, and candidate should read architectural and engineering drawings. Priority will be given to those with USA-based project experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MEP disciplines on projects.
• Familiarity with drawing standards and documentation.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Technologist to join our team and support commercial engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, technical drawings, and MEP coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate MEP layouts for commercial projects.
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Prepare detailed construction and permit drawings.
• Review MEP drawings alongside architectural and structural plans.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Support drawing revisions and project documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of plumbing, drainage, ductwork, and electrical coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with USA-based projects is highly preferred.
