Job summary

Adecco Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Project Planner to lead scheduling for data center infrastructure projects. You will develop master schedules, monitor milestones, analyze critical paths, and coordinate planning across multiple large-scale initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil or Electrical Engineering with 5–12 years' experience in project planning and scheduling, strong data center project exposure, and proficiency in MS Project and MS Office, plus stellar stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong experience in Data Center projects; large-scale construction experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling and critical path management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and work programs.
• Monitor project progress, milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Conduct planning workshops and schedule reviews.
• Prepare progress reports and executive-level MIS.
• Lead and mentor planning team members.
• Drive planning process improvements and best practices.
• Support project management and business development activities.
