Job summary

ICE Consulting in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Technical Project Manager (IT Infrastructure) to oversee enterprise solution implementations, replacing legacy systems, and to lead project teams as the main client interface.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time project management experience.
• At least 3 years in a lead project management role.
• Proficiency with ticketing and quoting applications such as ServiceNow, ConnectWise, and QuoteWerks.
• Experience in resource scheduling and technical support.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exemplary organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through execution, ensuring they meet defined scope, budget, and deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate and report project status to various stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
