Best Clinic Abroad is seeking a Medical & Sales Consultant to assist international patients from initial inquiry to treatment planning. You will gather medical reports, coordinate with partner hospitals, and present options and costs clearly. You never provide medical advice; questions go to the treating doctor.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to treatment enquiries from international patients and explain the free case review
• Collect reports, scans and history, and check the file is complete before it goes to a hospital
• Request price lists and treatment quotations from partner hospitals and doctors in destinations such as Turkey, Germany, India, Spain, Israel and Switzerland
• Present options and costs side by side so the patient understands what each includes
• Follow up until the patient decides, then hand over to trip planning; relay every clinical question to the doctor

Best Clinic Abroad is a medical travel facilitator: a patient in one country writes in about heart surgery, a dental plan or an orthopaedic problem, and the company helps them find an accredited hospital and a board-certified doctor in another. The Medical & Sales Consultant is the person that patient talks to from the first message to a confirmed treatment plan.

You start by understanding the condition, the treatment sought and the preferred destination, then explain how the free case review works. You collect the medical reports and images a hospital needs, request price lists from partner hospitals, and present the options and costs clearly and honestly. When the patient is deciding you follow up by WhatsApp and email, and once they decide you hand over to trip planning. You never give medical advice: every clinical question goes to the treating doctor.

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.

Preferred

• Healthcare administration, patient coordination or medical tourism experience
• Experience in telesales or customer service for high-consideration purchases
• A second language spoken by patients in the markets served
