Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Practical knowledge of steel fabrication, steel structures, and metal works.
• Good command of AutoCAD, particularly 2D technical drawings.
• Ability to read and understand engineering, structural, and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of steel materials, sections, fabrication processes, welding, cutting, and installation.
• Basic understanding of measurements, quantities, BOQs, and material estimation.
• Good site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with fabricators, contractors, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in steel fabrication, engineering, construction, architectural metalwork, or project-based work.
• Candidates with hands‑on experience in steel structures, metal fabrication, architectural metalwork, exterior works, or interior design-related metalwork will be preferred.
