Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering, 3-5 years of design experience, and strong AutoCAD 2D/3D and Inventor skills, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven design experience in construction or steel fabrication.
• Degree-qualified engineer or architect with AutoCAD 3D experience and fabrication knowledge.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for custom and standard access systems.
• Develop fabrication drawings ensuring material and structural accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and architects to ensure project alignment.
• Manage projects through all design phases, including client communication and coordination.
• Conduct site surveys and interpret architectural/structural drawings effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant design, safety, and fabrication standards.
• Mentor and guide junior draughtsman and estimators.
