Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Pakistan seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer based in Peshawar to strengthen data collection, analysis and reporting for a protection-focused project.

You will support MEAL plans, develop dashboards, ensure data quality, conduct data quality assessments, and prepare regular MEAL reports for the KP program. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years NGO MEAL experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Work Experience: 3+ years NGO/INGO; MEAL experience; CHS awareness.
• Demonstrated monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support MEAL Manager to implement MEAL plans and analytics.
• Develop dashboards against project indicators at province/district level.
• Ensure data collection and entry into data management systems; ensure data quality.
• Prepare and submit regular MEAL reports to the MEAL Manager; share with KP program management.
• Assist in data collection for assessments, surveys and evaluations as required.
• Coordinate with program teams, partners, and communities to document lessons learned.
• Conduct data quality assessments and support improved data practices.
• Represent MEAL in program reviews and other events if required.
