Job summary

Relief International (RI) in Pakistan is seeking a District MEAL Assistant to support Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and MIS at the district level. The role involves field data collection, data quality checks, and reporting to the Provincial MEAL Officer, with emphasis on inclusive, evidence-based practices.

The position requires collaboration with district teams, adherence to safeguarding policies, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of MEAL/MIS data experience with NGO/INGO.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and digital data collection tools.
• Strong English and Urdu written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Knowledge of donor reporting and data quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor district activities against outputs and indicators.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits to verify quality and timeliness.
• Submit monitoring reports and data to the Provincial MEAL Officer.
• Maintain district MIS and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate with field staff for timely data collection and reporting.
