Founded by an environmental engineer who witnessed the environmental damage in Lahore, the company combines product sourcing, community education, and circular‑economy initiatives to reduce single‑use plastics and promote responsible consumption.

The Marketplace Operations Intern will support daily e-commerce and marketplace activities, helping scale product visibility, streamline order fulfillment, and improve seller and customer experiences. This role is ideal for a proactive candidate who wants hands‑on exposure to retail operations, digital product listings, and sustainability-focused commerce.

• Assist with product catalog management: create and maintain marketplace listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, categories, and images.
• Coordinate with sourcing and inventory teams to track stock levels, update availability, and prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Support order processing and fulfillment workflows, liaising with logistics partners and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery updates.
• Monitor marketplace metrics and customer feedback, identify issues (listing errors, returns, complaints) and propose corrective actions.
• Help implement pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and bundle offers aligned with sustainability messaging and business goals.
• Prepare routine reports on sales performance, top-selling SKU, return rates, and marketplace trends to inform decisions.
• Contribute to quality control checks for product content and packaging compliance with eco-friendly claims.

The intern will work primarily from Green Upshot’s Lahore office with mentorship from the operations lead and cross-functional exposure to sourcing, marketing, and customer support teams.
