Pintern in Karachi is seeking a fresh graduate to join the marketing team on a full-time, onsite basis. Working hours are 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with an opportunity to learn across digital channels and campaigns.

You will assist in planning daily marketing activities, generate leads, manage social media, create content, and support SEO and reporting. Fresh graduates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcomed; up to 1 year experience considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and LinkedIn is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite during specified hours.

Mansioni

• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing daily marketing activities.
• Support lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to uncover opportunities.
• Identify and research potential clients, industries, and target markets.
• Help prepare and publish engaging content across social media and other digital platforms.
• Manage company social media pages and maintain content calendars.
• Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and website content optimization.
• Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and campaign updates as required.
• Maintain and update lead and prospect databases for accuracy.
• Track marketing leads and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Support email marketing campaigns and other outreach initiatives.
• Learn to utilize marketing tools, including AI and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams on marketing-related projects.
• Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Perform additional marketing duties as assigned by management.
