Job summary

Tkxel is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator – Marketing to support planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns in a fast-paced tech environment. You will coordinate campaigns, track timelines, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Content, Product and other teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining briefs and status updates, assisting with digital campaigns, and proactively identifying delays. 1–2 years experience required; Bachelor's in Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Track timelines, tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, Product, and other teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project briefs, reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Assist with digital campaigns, social media, content, events, and other marketing activities.
