Job summary

Tkxel is seeking a proactive Associate Project Coordinator – Marketing to support the planning and execution of marketing projects in a fast-paced tech environment. You will collaborate with Marketing, Design, Content, and Product teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a relevant degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables from start to finish.
• Track timelines, tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, Product, and other teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project briefs, reports, documentation, and status updates.
• Assist with digital campaigns, social media, content, events, and other marketing activities.
• Identify delays or challenges and communicate them proactively.
