Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing specialist or marketing project manager role
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across content, customer, or corporate marketing
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with content lifecycles, campaigns, and PR tools
• Background in high-level cross-functional content production pipelines

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans for customer advocacy programs, content marketing development, PR/comms, and corporate initiatives with clear ownership
• Drive day-to-day execution of content calendars and campaigns to ensure timely delivery
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution with writers, PR partners, and stakeholders
• Communicate project status and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
• Improve workflows and editorial documentation to increase marketing efficiency
