Qualifications

• Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy and omni-channel execution.
• Familiarity with SME Banking products such as NEO BIZ, Business Banking, Merchant Lending, FX & Trade, Remittances is preferred.
• Awareness of banking regulations, brand governance and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across all channels.
• Own marketing calendar, budgets, and optimization to achieve business goals.
• Drive NTB acquisition, engagement, and spend growth across digital, RM and branches.
• Coordinate with partners and platforms to align marketing strategy and execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Digital, Analytics and Compliance.
• Drive digital-first initiatives, including automation, performance marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Improve customer experience and omni-channel delivery through optimized journeys and funnels.
