Job summary

Avanceon Lahore is seeking a creative Marketing & Communications Specialist to plan and execute campaigns, manage content calendars, and strengthen brand presence across digital channels.

You will coordinate with designers, craft corporate materials, support SEO and email marketing, and track KPIs to drive business growth within a dynamic, multinational team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, content calendars, and corporate communication initiatives.
• Manage social media content, website updates, newsletters, and digital marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate content including corporate profiles, brochures, presentations, success stories, press releases, and internal communications.
• Support SEO, digital visibility, email marketing, and lead generation initiative.
• Coordinate with designers and agencies on marketing creatives while ensuring brand consistency.
• Apply basic design knowledge in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, including layout, typography, branding, and visual communication.
• Support events, exhibitions, webinars, PR activities, and corporate campaigns.
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports on key KPIs and digital metrics.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Job Purpose:

Support the planning and execution of marketing and corporate communication initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, digital presence, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, SEO, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
