Job description

The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners, the Marketing Associate will help develop content, coordinate campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels) aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, landing pages, and product brochures.
• Lead Management: Assist in lead qualification, nurturing, and tracking activities. Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups, maintain an organized lead database, and develop strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.
• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow Asaan Ghar Finance’s social media presence by scheduling posts, responding to comments, monitoring brand mentions, and identifying opportunities for engagement.
• Website & SEO Support: Support website updates, basic SEO optimizations, and landing page improvements to enhance the user experience, improve site rankings, and drive conversion.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging standards.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, audience insights, and competitive strategies; present findings to guide marketing planning and strategy.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking campaign KPIs and creating reports that highlight key insights, successes, and areas for improvement to inform future marketing activities.
• Event Support: Contribute to the planning, promotion, and execution of events, webinars, and workshops to build brand awareness and engage potential customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, support lead handovers, and gather feedback on marketing assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or real estate sectors. Relevant internships or project experience will also be considered.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, email marketing software, and basic knowledge of Google Analytics. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences and channels.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and comfort interpreting data to inform marketing decisions.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proactivity & Creativity: A self-starter who can propose new ideas, embrace innovative thinking, and take initiative to optimize marketing efforts.
