Job summary

EvolveDash in Lahore (with remote option) is seeking a Marketing Associate who can combine strong research with clear writing. You will work with the CEO and leadership to understand our market, competitors, customers, and positioning, turning insights into content that supports marketing and sales.

This hands-on role carries ownership: shaping website copy, case studies, articles, social content, and long-form papers, while coordinating with teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, CS or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, research, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to write clear, professional content without generic marketing language.

Responsibilities

• Research and refine EvolveDash's Ideal Customer Profile and target market.
• Analyze competitors, their positioning, services, messaging, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Conduct market research, SWOT analysis, and industry research to support decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand objections and questions.
• Define high quality target accounts for outbound campaigns.
• Write detailed case studies based on client projects.
• Interview engineers and stakeholders to translate technical work for a business audience.
• Write articles and blog posts on software engineering, client challenges, and industry trends.
• Create website copy for service pages, industry pages, landing pages, and case studies.
• Assist with white papers, reports, and other long-form content.
• Write executive social media content for leadership and company channels.
• Maintain and manage the content calendar.
• Publish content across relevant marketing channels.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve messaging and positioning.

About the Role

EvolveDash is a software engineering and technology consulting company working with clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, media, retail, education,and industrial operations.

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who can combine strong research with strong writing.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to understand our market, competitors, customers, and positioning, and turn that understanding into content that supports both marketing and sales.

This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. You will help shape how EvolveDash presents itself to prospective clients, particularly technical and business decision makers in the US and Canada.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and refine EvolveDash's Ideal Customer Profile and target market

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, research, or a related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to write clear, professional, and concise content without relying on generic marketing language
• Genuine interest in software, technology, and how digital products are built
• Comfortable interviewing technical team members and asking detailed questions
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to a business audience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable receiving feedback and improving work through multiple revisions
• Self motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects

Nice to Have
