Job summary

ibex. Pakistan is seeking a data analytics professional to manage and analyze Sierra AI Bot performance, develop dashboards, and maintain Salesforce data for accurate decision-making. The role requires reporting and analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools to drive marketing insights.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales Operations, Telecom, Finance, and Tech to align metrics and reporting standards while producing automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business Administration (Required)
• Masters in Computer Science or Business (Preferred)
• 1-2 yrs with reputable firm (Required)
• 1 year experience / technical know-how of digital media platforms (Preferred)
• Strong Reporting & Analysis Skills
• Expertise in MS Excel, Data Studio, Power BI, Other Data Tools, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyize Sierra AI Bot performance including Call Volumes, Transfers, Intents, Monitors, Close Rates, RGUs and overall conversion Performance
• Develop and maintain Sierra reporting dashboards and insights to track trends, identify performance gaps and support ongoing bot optimization and business decisions
• Maintain & Update Salesforce data to ensure high data accuracy
• Design and build automated daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and interactive dashboards for key marketing metrics
• Monitor Marketing progression through TFN, Zip wise and other touch points and prepare feedback with data driven approach.
• Execute deep-dive quantitative analysis to investigate performance anomalies, lead response times and affiliate performance
• Perform routine data audits within Salesforce to update missing Adcosts, missing pricing update and correct discrepancies
• Analyze Sierra AI campaign model and give feedback on optimizing for future lead and conversion volumes.
• Present complex data insights through clear visual reports and summaries for management decision-making
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), metric definition guides and reporting & analysis workflows
• Proficincy in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Excel and other BI tools
• Marketing Data Extraction & Analysis Paid & Organic
• Cross-Functional Alignment with other teams that includes Sales Operations, Telecom, Finance & Tech to align reporting metrics & other standards
