Job summary

Motive is seeking a data-driven BI professional in Islamabad to generate insights, build dashboards, and drive strategic decisions. You will partner with Sales and Ops, ensure data quality, and manage multiple projects while supporting high-impact growth initiatives.

On-site assessment rounds will test your analytical storytelling and data pulling skills. Ideal candidates have strong SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, and Salesforce proficiency, plus excellent communication and proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI, sales ops, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel and Salesforce.
• SQL proficiency is mandatory.
• Analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Authorized to access commodities and Motive products.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze data to provide insights for decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for critical insights.
• Assist in managing multiple projects for timely delivery.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to align goals.
• Ensure data integrity through QA processes.
• Serve as strategic partner to Sales and Sales Ops.
• Help scale Motive's operations model for growth.
• Participate in on-site assessment rounds with analyst simulations.
