We're Hiring: Market Researcher TruckersCall (Full-Time, Lahore)

TruckersCall is building an AI-native Transportation Management System (TMS) for small US trucking fleets (1–50 trucks) port-native, and packed with AI automation that legacy TMS players don't offer. We're gearing up for international expansion and need a sharp market researcher to help us get it right.

What you'll work on:

• Deep-dive research into the UK trucking/TMS market landscape, key players, regulatory environment, and how our positioning translates
• Competitor analysis: Mapping existing TMS vendors (UK and US), their pricing, features, and gaps we can exploit
• Pricing & positioning research: Validating how we price and message TruckersCall for different markets and segments
• Customer discovery: Talking to carriers and fleet owners to understand pain points, buying behavior, and what actually drives them to switch TMS providers
• Turning findings into clear, actionable reports that shape our go-to-market and product roadmap

What we're looking for:

• Strong research and analytical skills, comfortable digging through industry reports, forums, and public data to find signal
• Confident conducting customer interviews and synthesizing qualitative feedback
• Excellent written English, you'll be producing reports and summaries for a US/UK audience
• Curiosity about logistics, trucking, or B2B SaaS is a big plus (no prior industry experience required, we'll get you up to speed)
• Comfortable working full-time, on-site/hybrid from our Lahore base
