Marketing Communications Manager (Marcom)
We are ESCO – Electronic Security Company, partnered with global leaders in security and communication systems including Hikvision, ITC, and Bosch. We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to own our brand presence across digital, print, retail, and event channels — and to run a monthly content production calendar that keeps our surveillance and communication solutions visible to dealers, integrators, and end clients across Pakistan.
This is a hands‑on leadership role: you will plan the calendar, brief and review the work of designers, videographers, and content writers, manage external vendors, and ensure everything ships on brand and on time.
Key responsibilities:
Content Planning & Production
- Own the monthly content calendar across brands (Hikvision, Bosch, ITC), aligned to seasonal trends, training schedules, and product priorities
- Direct production of social graphics: product infographics, WhatsApp status banners, platform covers, and event/seasonal greetings (~40+ assets monthly)
- Oversee video output: product animations, unboxing and solution-brief videos, guide/instructional videos, and technology review podcasts (~12–16 assets monthly)
- Commission and edit blog articles, LinkedIn technology briefs, and product/technology copy for website product pages and cross-linking
Digital & Web
- Supervise website content, sliders, homepage animations, and technology brief pages across our primary websites
- Ensure SEO-consistent product content and internal cross-linking on our e-commerce catalog
- Manage newsletters and EDM programme (4 per month) with a segmented, maintained email database
- Keep Google Business listings current with photos, offers, and information
Brand & Corporate Communications
- Define and enforce brand guidelines across all print and digital assets
- Maintain the company profile: About Us narrative, organization chart, executive bios, and consolidated financial and statistical information
- Ensure uniformity of brand messaging across every channel
- Build and refine co-branded presentation templates; review presentations for content quality, structure, and grammar
Retail Branding, Print & Events
- Plan and schedule branding for company outlets and dealer displays — vinyl, signboards, kiosks, wall graphics, POS stands, and office décor — including seasonal changeovers (Independence Day, Ramadan, Eid)
- Produce wall posters and infographics for LEC/IEC/REC demo areas, pennants, roll-ups, and printed collateral
- Manage quarterly promotional items, employee IDs, business cards, and offset printing
- Plan corporate events, seminars, and tradeshows: backdrops, certificates, award ceremony SMD content, logistics, and post-event follow-up
Leadership
- Represent the company at media, public, and corporate events
- Partner with Sales, Technical, and Pre‑sales to align communications with business objectives
- Mentor junior marketing staff and manage external agencies, printers, and production vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Visual Design
- 35+ years in marketing communications, preferably B2B, technology, or channel/distribution environments
- Proven ability to run a recurring content calendar and hit monthly production volumes
- Strong writing and presentation skills for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office — enough to brief, review, and correct creative work
- Vendor and stakeholder management experience
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with high-volume, deadline-driven outpu
