Qualifications

• Degree BSc./MSc Chemical Engineering or related.
• 5-7 years experience in continuous improvement / process engineering in manufacturing; multinational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify process and energy optimization opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collect and analyze data to measure performance and identify opportunities.
• Apply Six Sigma, Lean or Kaizen methods to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Manage improvement projects and monitor impact.
• Train and coach employees on CI methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement changes and gain buy-in.
• Document and report progress to management.
