Job summary

In this first managerial role, you will translate site targets into line goals, oversee budgets, costs control and compliance, and build a capable team focused on sustainable performance.

You will bring 3–4 years of manufacturing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Electrical Engineering, with strong AM/PM expertise, TPM/Six Sigma, and clear communication to keep

Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous maintenance (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM).
• Experience maintaining equipment and executing maintenance standards.
• Knowledge of TPM and Six Sigma concepts and qualification steps.
• Experience leading manufacturing line teams and managing supervisor staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets for assigned lines.
• Develop budgets, cost control, governance and compliance; manage workforce planning and development.
• Break down targets into line and unit goals; align employees with performance targets.
• Deliver high-quality snacks to customers by optimizing line performance.
