The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in site execution or leadership positions, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant civil works experience.
• At least 5 years in site execution or managerial roles.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor civil works by coordinating site activities, contractors, and inputs to meet scope and schedule.
• Supervise contractor performance through daily site oversight, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Validate quantities, costs, and contractor claims by reviewing measurements, invoices, and variations.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance across project sites by enforcing safety procedures, incident reporting, audits, and closure of observations.
• Maintain project documentation and records for audit readiness and transparent progress reporting.
• Lead and support site teams by providing technical guidance, prioritizing tasks, and performance oversight.

Purpose

Area Of Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor performance through daily site oversight, progress tracking, and resolution of execution‑related issues to maintain productivity and quality.
• Validate quantities, costs, and contractor claims by reviewing measurements, invoices, and variations to ensure financial accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Ensure HSEQ compliance across project sites by enforcing safety procedures, incident reporting, audits, and closure of observations and non‑conformances.
• Maintain project documentation and records to support audit readiness, compliance verification, and transparent reporting of execution progress.
• Lead and support site teams by providing technical guidance, task prioritization, and performance oversight to ensure effective and disciplined execution
