Job summary

Zameen Media Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior Civil Engineer to lead construction projects in Multan. You will deliver projects per approved schedules, craft contractor action plans, and monitor cost controls while upholding stringent health and safety standards.

The role requires 7–12 years of experience in grey, MEP, and finishing works for high-rise, malls, and hotels, and PEC registration. You will manage on-site operations and report progress to the head office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7–12 years of construction experience including grey, MEP and finishing works.
• PEC registration is required or confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver construction projects in compliance with the approved schedule.
• Create action plans for contractors and monitor cost control.
• Execute work per drawings, specifications, appendices, and with health and safety perimeters.
• Oversee hurdles and risks that may delay progress.
• Coordinate with head office and site for progress updates.
• Ensure quality of work, proper manpower, and material utilization.
• Facilitate contractor RFIs, ensure milestones and monthly billing requisites.
• Timely procurement of materials from the Employer and on-site management.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

• Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.
• Creating plans of action for the contractors and keeping a close eye on cost control.
• Executing Work as per drawings, specifications, Appendixes, and with utmost health and safety perimeters.
• Overseeing any Hurdle, risks, and obstacles that may halt the progress of work.
• Facilitating Contractor, Acquiring Clarity on RFI's, Process of work, and achieving key milestones including Full filling all the 6. Monthly Billing requisites for further and timely proceedings.
• Timely demanding, acquiring, and delivering of materials from the Employer, along with managing the Site.
• Ensuring Quality of Work and better workmanship, and adequate manpower, including utilization of material as per permissible limits.
• Monitoring and Timely updates on the progress of work to management.
• Managing coordination between Head office and Site.
