Job summary

Mashreq seeks an experienced Microsoft infrastructure specialist to design and implement AD/Entra ID, Exchange hybrid, and M365 across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will manage secure access with MFA/SSO and deploy Defender suites while automating tasks via PowerShell and Graph. Ensure availability, DR, and compliance, guiding cross-functional teams on strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft infrastructure (AD/Entra ID, Exchange on-prem/hybrid, M365).
• Proficiency in securing access via MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
• Experience deploying Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Endpoint.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation.
• Plan for high availability and disaster recovery for core services.
• Lead security and compliance initiatives for enterprise infrastructure.
• Integrate on-premises and cloud platforms for seamless operations.
• Support enterprise collaboration tools across the MS 365 ecosystem.
• Advise cross-functional teams on infrastructure strategy and improvements.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
