easypaisa, Pakistans first digital bank, seeks a seasoned leader to head Security & HSE nationwide. You will oversee security standards, risk mitigation, and business continuity, ensuring staff safety and regulatory compliance across branches and premises.

The role requires 8–10 years in security, with a Bachelor’s/Master’s from a reputable institute. You will drive awareness, trainings, and incident response, aligning with SBP directives and LEAs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Security & HSE nationwide operations and standards.
• Manage risk, hazards, and premises reviews; ensure timely resolution of staff/branch concerns.
• Develop proactive security and safety support mechanisms for business units.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Policies/Processes and directives issued by SBP, PBA and LEAs.
• Oversee quarterly premises reviews and staff trainings to boost readiness for emergencies.
• Coordinate with regional teams for security and safety projects and issues.
• Monitor service providers to ensure audit and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to Security & Safety policies and business continuity planning.

Position Summary:

The incumbent shall be responsible to lead Security & HSE function nationwide. Ensure that the Bank premises remained risk free in accordance with the directives of Central Bank and LEAs.

Duties and responsibilities:

Security & HSE:

• Manage optimum level of Security & HSE standards, servicesand support qualitywith efficient
• delivery TAT.
• Discover and Manage all Security & HSE hazards, breeches, weaknesses observed during premises reviews. Ensure timely resolution of complaints raised by the Staff and Branches.
• Develop mechanism to ensure proactive handling of Security & Safety support to Business.
• Ensure strict compliance to Bank Policies/ Processes and directives/ circulars issued by SBP, PBA and
• LEAS.
• 5. Make sure that all premises reviewed by the respective Region Security & HSE team quarterly to ascertain/ gauge level of staff and premises preparedness against varying risks/ threats.
• Ensure that all staff based at main buildings and Branch Management imparted with regular awareness sessions / refresher courses and trainings to improve their state of readiness to manage emergencies.
• Ensure that all staff (based at main buildings) participates in emergency drills on biannually basis and
• for branches on quarterly basis.
• Develop mechanism to ensure proactive handling of Security & HSE projects and issues.
• Plan and ensure effective Security & Protocol support to all expatriates and local delegations and Bank Management.
• Manage and monitor performance of Security & Safety Service Providers to ensure compliance to
• audit reviews by Internal Audit and external Government agencies.
• Develop and advice Security & Safety Policies and procedures to ensure Business Continuity.
• Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep updated with latest changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
• Review the performance of the team on regular basis and conduct counseling/ training as and where needed to build functional efficiency in business support.
• Develop mechanism to ensure proactive handling of Security projects and complaints.

Education & Experience:

at least 08-10 years of relevant experience
